Jon Mead, Founder and CEO
Jon Mead is the Founder and CEO of PartnerBridge, where he is building the ecosystem intelligence platform that helps B2B SaaS companies identify, evaluate, and activate high-impact partnerships. He leads the company’s vision, product strategy, and go-to-market direction, with a focus on making partnerships more measurable, scalable, and commercially predictable.
With more than fifteen years of experience across technology, partnerships, and go-to-market roles, Jon has built and led teams spanning support, account management, implementation, sales engineering, and partnerships. He has guided organisations through three successful SaaS acquisitions and is known for a client-obsessed, operator-first approach to building durable programs that scale.
Prior to founding PartnerBridge, Jon held senior partnership and solutions leadership roles at companies including FullStory and SiteSpect, where he worked at the intersection of product, engineering, revenue, and partner ecosystems. His experience across multiple growth stages informs PartnerBridge’s focus on clarity, execution, and long-term ecosystem value.
At PartnerBridge, Jon is focused on building the data, systems, and workflows that turn partnership strategy into a repeatable growth engine for modern SaaS teams.

Caroline Brunton,
Director of Digital and Social Media
Caroline Brunton is Director of Digital and Social Media at PartnerBridge, leading how the company communicates online and how our story is shared across channels. With 10 years of experience spanning digital and traditional marketing, communications, and PR, Caroline brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
She is passionate about clear communication and storytelling, and is known for building the relationships that drive strong media and brand partnerships. Caroline helps PartnerBridge maintain a consistent voice, grow awareness with the right audiences, and translate complex ideas into content that is engaging, credible, and easy to understand.
At PartnerBridge, Caroline focuses on elevating our market presence and supporting go-to-market efforts through digital strategy, social campaigns, and content that helps SaaS companies better navigate and activate their partnership ecosystems.

Director of Marketing Communications
Laura Cameron leads marketing communications and brand strategy at PartnerBridge, shaping how the company shows up in the market and how its story is told. With more than 20 years’ experience across PR, marketing, and communications, Laura brings deep expertise in positioning technology companies through every stage of growth, from early-stage startups to established global organisations.
She has a strong track record of building credible narratives, strengthening brand reputation, and translating complex products into clear, compelling value for customers, partners, and the wider market. Laura combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with leadership teams to align brand, messaging, and go-to-market strategy with commercial goals.
At PartnerBridge, Laura is responsible for defining and executing the company’s brand, communications, and market presence, helping SaaS businesses navigate and activate their partnership ecosystems.

Lance Buchholz, Advisor
Lance Buchholz is an active board advisor to PartnerBridge and a sales and business development executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth for technology companies, from early-stage startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises. He has generated more than $500 million in revenue across his career and brings deep expertise in building repeatable go-to-market motions that blend direct sales with strategic partnerships.
Lance specialises in expanding route-to-market through Global System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, ISVs, and reseller partners. He has extensive experience operating in publicly traded, private equity-backed, and privately held environments, with a strong focus on SaaS, digital experience monitoring, performance management, digital transformation, and cloud migration strategies.
At PartnerBridge, Lance advises on revenue strategy, partner-led go-to-market execution, and the operational discipline required to scale pipeline and predictable growth.

Will Schnabel, Growth Advisor
Will Schnabel is an active board advisor to PartnerBridge and an accomplished technology executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and international expansion. He has helped growth-stage technology companies scale ecosystem-led revenue and build high-performing partner organisations that drive predictable commercial outcomes.
Will brings deep expertise across strategic alliances, channel planning, partner marketing, and integrated sales and marketing strategy. He has held senior partnership leadership roles at high-growth SaaS businesses, including leading partnership organisations that became major contributors to revenue and retention. He is also a certified GTM Operating System partner, utilizing a proprietary eight-pillar framework to build and guide Go-to-Market strategy for B2B organizations.
At PartnerBridge, Will advises on marketing and sales strategy, ecosystem relationships, partner-led growth execution, and the operational foundations required to create and scale go-to-market functions into a repeatable revenue growth engine.
